Show - Monroe Old Movies 'Citizens' For October Named Libraries Slate Film Festival GRANGER. Two students, a boy and a girl, are selected from each grade along with several kindergarten students to receive the monthly award. Basis for the choice is obedience to school rules, respecting the rights of others, respecting teachers, honesty at work and play, helping others when, needed, being for their responsible own actions, and, in general, striving to be good Americans. Selected students receive a certificate and ribbon, and have their pictures on the school bulletin board throughout the month.
