— Colonial Chinese Spanish French Indian nursery and many other characters— made a colorful and charming setting for a Christ- - mas party A large beautifully decorated Christmas tree was the first thing that greeted the eyes --upon entering the hall and theaUrac- tive packages arranged about the tree caused keen excitement as each was from en unknown friend tintil the package was opened Dancing games and a grand march were featured throughout the evening Punch was served from the stage end at o clock Santa Claus appeared to distribute the gifts-- After the interesting diversion of opening the packages a delicious turkey dinner was served The prize offered for the best costume went to the Tnrtisr rw -Margaret Burns was unanimous- ten-thir- ty ' S8aime5had a beenfect hostess in spared making the Christmas party an outstanding affair of the year NO hostVarty IS HELD AT COTTAGE A no host Christmas party was njoyed at the Cobble Cottage Thursday evening members of the Hano Bridge by club Members present were Mesdames Fretwell Ariel Bradshaw Louis Reed San OIk fvepJt hL Beth Green- -
