The buildings predecessor was primarily used for office space, but the Draw is a brand-ne- w housing development for upperclassmen and graduate students. The Draw features 168 new beds and amenities. This year, over 50 of the new students coming to Westminster are from out of state, so additional housing was needed. The Draw is a brand new mixed-us- e residential hall for upperclassman and transfer students, said Associate START Center Director Hailee Hatch.
