Dancers Showcase Talen On April 2 talented Westminster Dancers performed in the Year End Dance Showcase. This event spotlighted the dancers who entertain throughout the year at basketball games. The dancers performed all of the dances they during half-tim- e practiced this year. The Westminster Dancers invited the Swing, Salsa and Belly Dance clubs to entertain between costume changes. Two alumni who have been playing for many years are Shannon Flowers Benson, who was a math major, and Ray Strong, business. Benson has received an award for best female hitting and Strong has consistently had a high batting average. One outstanding player returning this year is financial adviser Rob Benson, who has no trouble rounding the bases faster than the runner in front of him. Playing for this team has been a lot of fun, Benson said. I have two words for anyone wondering about the team returning champs!
