America is overlooking the human rights violations 01 the Taliban because they are antiterrorist and our government is hoping that they will help militant, Islamic extremists who want to take the Islamic faith back to its roots. The rub in all of this is that they are completely uneducated, they come from the hills of Afghanistan and what religious education they did get was from other militant The Gore School of Business groups who are equally uned- and the Career Center are coucated. As a consequence, the women now have a distorted view of the world since they now see it through a veil. , What is even more shocking about the Taliban is that they have stripped away virtually all rights from women, forcing them to quit their jobs and stay at home to cook, clean and raise children as all good Islamic women should, m their view.
