NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICE, UTAH, as follows: SECTION I. The following Schedule of filing fees is hereby adopted and shall hereafter be in force and effect within Price City, Carbon County, Utah, as follows: Item I. Zoning Fees: A. Zoning Amendment, other than planned district, Fee: $50.00, plus $1.00 for each acre over 25 acres; B. Building Permit, Fee: As required by Building Codes; C. Occupancy Permit, Fee: Included in Building Permit; D. Conditional Use Permit, Fee: $10.00, plus $10.00 for each added acre of land above one acre, or $5.00 for each dwelling unit above 2 dwelling units, whichever is greater (Planning Commission will determine the amount of area covered by the application if the use is not to occupy all of applicants property). E. Planned Unit Development, Fee: $25.00, plus $15.00 for each acre in the development above one acre or $5.00 for each dwelling unit in the development above 5 units, whichever is greater; F. Mobile Home Subdivision or Recreational Coach Park, Fee: $10.00, plus $20.00 for every acre or portion thereof of the property included in the plan. If a recreational coach park is located within a mobile home park, the fee will be only $20.00 for each acre or portion thereof ; G. Design Review, Fee: Included in other fees. H.
