Show so c fry coed elected to state home ec post CEU Janette Jones, freshman student at College of Eastern Utah, has been elected vice president of the college clubs section of the Utah Home Economics Association. Miss Jones was elected during the recent con- vention of the group held at the University of Utah. A daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Q. Jones, Price, she was the only two-yecollege student elected as an officer of the association. She will help plan the annual workshop for the group which is scheduled for October and will be held in connection with UEA convention. Principal speaker at the ar convention was Martha Patton, nationally convention was Consumer Watch. She performed with both groups at the MENC convention in Tuscon, Ariz., in March. She also participated at the State Music Festival with the Madrigal Singers and a French horn trio from Carbon.
