William H. Howard Funeral services were con- ducted July 12 In the Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel for William Henry Howard, 60, Salt Lake City, who died July 9 at his home. Born Aug. 10, 1910, Castle Gate, to William J. and Lenore Perkins Howard, retired coal miner and machinist, former member UMWA Local 5806; LDS Church. Survivors: Brothers, sisters, Claude, Raymond, Mrs. Elaine Paxton, Mrs. Gloria Poore, all Salt Lake City; Mrs. Lenore Grage, Helper. Burial was in the Price City Cemetery. Obituaries Mrs. Rita Richards, 63, Price, died July 13 in Carbon Hospital of cancer. Born Aug. 23, 1907, at Bayonne, N.J., Married Jack Richards Dec. 24, 1930 in New Jersey. She was secretary-directo- r of the Eastern Utah K Broadcasting Co. Her husband owns Radio Station KOAL. She was a member of the Catholic Church. Survivors: Husband; brother, sisters, William A.
