Other officers are Mrs. Earl McAlpine, president; Mrs. vice Harold Patterick, president; Mrs. Luke Pappas, JEAN FLOM Utah BPW Clubs to convene in Price this veehend Price City will host the 48th annual convention of the Utah Federation of Business and Professional Womens Clubs this week end, May 21, 22, 23. Representatives from the 32 BPW clubs of the state will be welcomed by the local club members, Jean Flom, president, and Price city officials. Guest speakers at the convention will be Miss Sarah J. Cunningham, McCook, Kansas lawyer and a national past president of the federation; Justice A.H. Ellett, Salt Lake Durrant PTA to honor two retirees A retirement tea for Mrs. Harold (Mae) Olson and Mrs. Arthur (Hulda) Johnson will be held at Durrant School Sunday, May 23, from two to four oclock, hosted by the Durrant School PTA. Former students and parents and friends are invited to the special occasion. Mrs. Olson was principal at Hiawatha and has taught in Wellington and Price schools during her teaching career of 40 years. Mrs. Johnson has been with the school lunch program for 21 years, serving as manager at the Durrant for part of that time. City, Supreme Court; Father Michael J. Donovan, Notre Dame parish. In addition to business meetings scheduled for the three days, several special events will also take place. Plans for the Durrant school carnival and field day Friday, May 21 were announced. The outdoor event will take place all day at Durrant.
