Show Cracks develop in water storage reservoir JUm HELPER Helper City is faced with an unexpected and expensive project after a serious leak was discovered in the gallon concrete, upper culinary water reservoir. The reservoir was completely drained for inspection when a stream of water was noticed emitting into a gully off to the side of the massive structure. The inspection revealed several cracks in the concrete floor.
