Show THIS IS THE STORY OF SEVEN MEN Utah Highway Patrol Enumerates Activities in District for 1958 Activities of District J of the Utah State Highway Patrol for 1958 were enumerated by Sergeant Nick Thomas, Helper, and Lieutenant Sam Hatch, Vernal, who are in charge of this particular area for this law enforcement The district includes Carbon, Emery, Grand and San Juan counties and has seven troopers assigned in addition to Sergeant Thomas.
