Show FAMILY CARBON COACH IN BALL GAMES and daughter, Jackie, have just y returned from a delightful car trip. They spent four days visiting with relatives in Seattle and then reversed their direction and traveled to Chicago. There they took in five major league baseball games in six; days, seeing the New York Yankees, the Chicago White Sox and Baltimore. Jackson came home with a prize souvenir, having caught a ball knocked into the stands by Gil McDougal. This trio also watched the Yanks play in Kansas City. Other points of interest were the Grand Coulee Dam, Mount Rushmore Monument, Lincolns tomb, his home and museum in Springfield and the Harry Truman homestead in Independence, 21-da- Missouri. STORK SHOWER HONORS YOUNG MATRON Beating the stork by just a few hours, Mrs. William Bean, Mrs Jerry Tanner and Mrs. Shirley Grist entertained at a shower for Mrs. Carl Tanner at the Bean Home Thursday, June 20. Miss Jackson, an instructor in medication at Salt Lake City hospital, has never been East before. She is especially interested in the medical museum there.
