Mr. and Mrs. Ray Mantle and children of Standardville were dinner guests at the home of Mrs. Mantles parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Perkins, Sunday afternoon. After which Mr. Mantle left for Salt Lake City, where he has employment. His family will join him there in the near future, Where they will make their home. Rex Day who entered the Junior High Track Meet for Helper Junior High, broke the record while throwing the shot put. Rex threw it 42 feet, 10 inches. It had formerly been thrown 42 ft., 4 inches. Mr. and Mrs. Ulesses Jensen of Sunnydale were Sunday dinner guests at the Ned Davis heme. Beverly Wall, daughter of Lloyd Wall, left Thursday for Oregon to live with her mother for the summer.
