We have lived at Rapid City, S.D.; Minot, N.D.; Great Falls, Mont; Sedila, Mo; Lamirada, Calif.; Seattle and Salt Lake City before coming to Brigham City. They now live at 126 West 825 North. Kenneth is presently employed at Hill AFB. Prepare dressing as follows and chill: 2 T. sugar, 2 T. vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. c. salad oil, 1 tsp. parsley (fresh or dried) readers. CHICKEN STEAKS Bone and remove skin from 3 whole chicken breasts (makes 6 breast halves) Pound meat well (it may fall apart, if so, reshape) Add 2 T. milk to 2 well beaten eggs, season to taste and dip steaks into mixture. Then dip steaks on each side in 114 to 2c. bread crumbs. Cover and chill until 5 or 10 min. before ready to cook.
