Bruce Black graduates Last week in ceremonies at Weber State, Bruce Black received at BS degree in Police Science with a minor in Sociology. He started his way through college in January 1973 after being out of high school for 19 years. In three years he completed the requirements for a four year degree while working full time as a highway patrolman. As a result of his degree he has transferred to the Parole dept, and has opened an office in Brigham City. - We send him congratulations and wish him well in his new position.
