Wallin of Intermountain school, has received a masters of arts degree in Counseling, Guidance and Personal services from the University of South Dakota. A member of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, his program of study was part of the Native American Graduate program which has placed emphasis on the training of five native Americans in counseling, to provide the skills, ability, knowledge and services for minority students and native American guidance programs in Indian communities and schools. La Framboise graduated from Weber State College in 1973 with a degree in Education. In the future, he plans to wdrk for either tribal or government agencies in the Northwest He is a past employe of the Intermountain school. He and his wife, Shirl have two sons, Michael, 9 and Joseph, 4.
