Displays will be set up from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday and from 7 to 9 a.m. on May 3. a This means the will be open to the public at 10 a.m. Saturday morning. The displays will remain in place until 4 p.m. to give the BRIGHAM CITY'S ANNUAL spring cleanup drive will Monday with city workmen and trucks picking up refuse at streetside. It will begin in the city's northeast section and move to the southeast section the week of April 21 . Saturday storytellers. will feature a Circus programs theme. Special guests for library week are Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe Grover of Salt Lake City. Mr. Grover is the famous Uncle Roscoe of radio and television productions. Mrs. Grover is the director of technical services at the Utah State Library commission. Mr. Grover will present a special library week program on Friday, April 18, from 4 to 5 p.m. in the childrens section of the Brigham Carnegie library. He plans to sketch pictures for the children, tell stories, and recite poetry. He will also display some of his own paintings. Mr. Grover was one of the pioneer radio announcers. He announced the Mofmon Tabernacle Choir broadcasts the first year they were on the radio. public plenty of time in which to view them. Two members of the communitys cemetery committee, Leah Deacon and LaVon Crystal, last week told the council of plans to plant 15 blue spruce trees on the cemetery's north side. They said the cost would be about $25 each and pondered aloud about where the funds could be obtained.
