Moates, 24, of 11 North Third West, Brigham City, was sentenced to pay a $50 fine and placed on a years probation after pleading guilty to illegal possession of a controlled substance. Some Charge Robert Rudell Sloan, 19, of 699 West Third North, Brigham City, pleaded guilty to the same charge and was given 60 days in jail. Judy Russell, 19, of 11 North Third West, Brigham City, was fined $50 and given a years probation after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance illegally Pleading guilty to reckless driving for which he was fined $150 was Ernest Montoya, 49, of Ogden. Eileen V. Bromage, 21, of 140 South Fifth West, Brigham City, was found guilty of illegal possession of a controlled substance and was given a y jail sentence. William Scott Gale, 20, Ogden, charged with simple possession of a controlled substance, amended from a charge of possession for sale, pleaded guilty to the lesser charge and was given a jail term. William G. Lowry, 24, of 578 South Second East, Brigham City, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, a charge amended from a possession for value charge He was given 90 days in jail, which was stayed pending work completion of a period for the adult probation officer. The course covers property rights, contracts, deeds, mortgages, advertising, selling, real estate forms and other basics needed in the examination. The course may be taken for university credit.
