Darrel, Linda, and Mitzi from Brigham; Wess and Darleen Carleen accompanied by Gill Tray, and Peggy and her husband Grant Skeen and their children, Jenny and Wade. Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Nelson were guests from Burley, Idaho. There was a total of 38 in attendance. They sat down to a lovely turkey dinner. Then they played guitars and mouth organs and sang Christmas carols. They then exchanged gifts. They had lots of good family fun. Reservations must be made by 2 p.m. Friday for the Monday luncheon and 2 p.m. on Thursday for the Friday luncheon. Everyone is invited to try out this homecooking for such a low cost which is a novelty in this day of high prices. This is just one of the services of the senior center for everyone to enjoy. The Dec. 28 Friday luncheon for area senior citizens will feature meat loaf, potatoes and gravy, vegetable, corn bread, ice cream and homemade cookies, coffee and punch. Everyone is invited to enjoy this homecooked, nutritious meal for the cost of 64 cents. It is served at 12 noon on each Friday. Organ Music is played from 11:30 a.m. by Daphne Joscelyn, volunteer organist. Lapreal Wight will present her special book review for the holiday season. Miss Wight is the local librarian and has been giving monthly book reviews since the beginning of the program.
