But, it has been hard to find the time because the work of the Lord, here in Texas is going forth at a tremendous pace. Because I was a wrestler at Box Elder High, I have developed a deep concern about the development of the wrestling teams of Box Elder. The News and Journal helps to keep me informed about the development and progress of the team and the individual performers. I want the coaches and wrestlers to know that I am interested in them and wish them the best of luck in the state tournament. Again thanks to the staff of the News and Journal for the coverage of the wrestling events and the courtesy of sending the News and Journal to me. Mao jackets popular. AT WILLARD SCHOOL we have felt and feeling the impact of rapid and un- change in the modern technological world. Because of the difference in enrollment by grade level and an asserted dislike of split grades, we have found it necessary to develop new organizational patterns and teaching procedures. The worldwide Red Cross movement began with the concept of helping victims of battlefield carnage. But in the United States, this concept was quickly expanded to include disaster relief and social service for the armed forces. Over the years, the Red Cross has pioneered in first aid training, in providing services that were the forerunners of county health services, and in providing psychiatric aid to returning veterans. The Red Cross is training young volunteers to work with drug addicts, is offering mother and baby care courses to unwed teenage mothers, and is involved in programs ranging from inner city swimming projects to mobile units that help detect lead poisoning in tenement-dwelling youngsters who have eaten bits of paint off the walls. The ratio of volunteers to career staff members is 160 to 1. Of coure, not everything the Red Cross does is new.
