"M: !7 m -r- y - Negotiating teams for the Box Elder Board of Education and Box Elder Education association sat down for their first serious session in Brigham City Tuesday night. r The meeting was described in an official press release as harmonious. Discussions centered around basic groundrules to govern future talks and negotiable items as presented by the board. No basic decisions were reached, it was reported. However, agreement was made that a joint press release will be made available following each negotiating session. The two sides agreed also to hold future talks each Tuesday and Thursday except as mutually agreed upon. It was noted that no meeting will be held today (Thursday) .
