The occasion ored birthdays and those attend- ing were Mr. and Mrs. Terry Call of Ogden; Mr. inrl three chiid-e- n and Mrs. Vern Barrett and three Mr. and Mrs. Charles children; George and two children, ail of ilt Lake City, and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Johnson. 'Huggins, Mr. and Mrs. Christian Anderson and Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Arbon. They spent Saturday night at Afton, Wyo. Sunday night at the Palisade Dam on Idaho; Monday night at the Hooper Springs, Soda Springs, Ida., and enjoyed the parade and fourth celebration in that city returning home Tuesday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Henderson and four children of Seattle, Wash., are spending several days at the home of Mrs. Hendersons parents, Mr. and Mrs. Austin Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. Roger Johnson and Mr. and Mrs. Elmo Christensen spent the Fourth of July in Logan Canyon. During the night rain began to fall and after getthe remainting wet they spent der of the night in their cars trying to sleep. Tuesday morning more rain came, so they returned home to enjoy the rest of the day. MR. AND MRS Thirl Christensen and sons of Bountiful spent Monday night with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Irving Christensen. Thirl and wife attended the twenty-year class reunion at Bear River High school. Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Mateson spent last weekend in Ely, Nev visiting their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Mateson. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Henderson boarded a plane at Salt Lake City Airport July 5 and flew to Denver, Colo., to visit with Mr. Hendersons brother who is seriously pressive funeral services The sympathy of the community goes out to the family. MR. AND MRS. Joseph Christensen and grandsons recently returned from a trip to Yellowstone park. Visiting at the Irving Christensen home last Tuesday were Mr. and Mrs. Joseph G. Murray and children of Ogden. Enjoying the last weekend fishing on Black-foo- t river were Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Iverson and Mr. and Mrs. Elmo Christensen. Mr .and Mrs. Frank Gardner returned Saturday from a trip to Yellowstone park. Mrs. Hastings of Salt Lake City, mother of Mrs. Lorene Waddoups, is visiting at the Thomas Waddoups home. MR. AND MRS. Jack Hardy and children, Karen and Kevin, attended the golden wedding anniversary of Mrs. Hardys parents, Mr. and Mrs. West at Pleasant Grove recently. Linda and DeAnn Barrett are vacationing at the home of their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Daiiin visited at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Dallin, 8. Keith Johnson is attending summer school at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, where he received a scholarship in math.
