Mr. and Mrs. Orlin Munns of Pasadena, Calif., visited with the Reed Munns family July 2. Mrs. Nola Nesslei, Dena Christensen and Carrie J. Christensen attended the dance review in Ogden last Thursday. Susan and Pa-- j iricia Murray, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Murray were among the dancers. Susan won a year of free dancing lessons and a lace trimmed blouse. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gardner and Mr. and Mrs. Reed Munns weie among the 12 children who enjoyed dinner Friday evening at the home of their father, Archie Munns in Elwood. Then on SatMr. of urday, 85 descendants Munns met at the Rees Pioneer park in Brigham City and spent an enjoyable afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gardner and children spent the Independence holidays with relatives in Payson. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Checketts were visiting with relatives and friends here over the weekend. Mrs. G. C. Killpack of Hunting-ton- , has spent the past two weeks here with her daughters, Mrs. GuyNell Anderson and Mrs. Pauline Leonard. Tuesday, Mr. and Mrs. Jethro Killpack who were returning from a trip to Portland, called on their sisters and mother Killpack accompanied them home. The baby daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Anderson received the name Jennifer, Sunday in sacrament meeting, and the small son of Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Hansen was given the name Bret R. Hansen. Mr. and Mrs. Dee Christensen of San Fernando, Calif., returned home Saturday after spending two weeks with relatives here and in Garland. Mrs. Kathryn Youtz of Philadelphia has been visiting at the home of her brother and Mr. and Mrs. Harold sister-in-la- Reese. They also have vacationed in Jackson Hole and Yellowstone National park. Fourteen ladies spent a delightful afternoon at the home of Mrs. last Monday. Myrtle Anderson Mrs. Jesse Claar of Boston, Mass, was a special guest. A delicious luncheon was served by Mrs. For the past ten days the homes Alice Peterson and Mr. and Mrs. Mack Christensen have been busy and enjoyable with members of the Peterson family here on vacation. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Peterson and sons. Bill and Brian, of Paramus, N. J., were here visiting for the first time in several years. Also visiting were Mr. and Mrs. Don Nebeker and son, Jerry of Burbank, Calif., and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Tottom and children, Larry, Steven, Judy and Janet of China Lake, Calif. While here they enjoyed trips to Yellowstone National park, Logan canyqn, Ogden canyon, and also attended the Peterson family reunion in Pioneer park in Brigham City last Sunday. Mrs. Jesse Claar of Boston, Mass., was a last weekend guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Anderson. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Burton Anderson recently were Mr. and Mrs. Elbert and family of Bountiful. Mr. and Mrs. Kay Brown of Los Angeles called on the Irving Christensens last week. The deacons of our ward enjoyed a trip to Lagoon on June 5. They were accompanied by Ray Stander, Lloyd Johnson and Mario Checketts. On July 4, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Nessler entertained family members with Mr. and Mrs. Dee Christensen and children of San Fernando, Calif, as special guests. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gardner and family spent the holidays in Yellowstone park.
