She was born May 26, 1908, in Clarkston, Cache county, to David and Ella Thompson Sparks. was married to Emil Rasmussen Broby, Aug. 30, 1930, in Preston, Idaho. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS temple. Mr. Broby died in 1966. She was a member of the LDS church and had worked for the Joseph and John Anderson store fpr 27 years. Among her survivors are a daughter Mrs. Fred B. (Evylin) Smith, Collinston; two stepsons,. Elvell P. Broby and Eugene P.
