It is one recommended by the city recreation department and planned in cooperation with Max Kosof of Brigham Bowl. The program is offered to city residents from seven years old through high school. It provides three lines of bowling for $1 with no charge for use of shoes. The total charge for the activity, including shoes, would normally be $1.40. The city is picking up the extra 40 cents by giving the bowling establishment that much credit on its electric power bill. Open bowling is available immediately, six days a week, with two league planned, one morning and the other in the evening, beginning June 4. Council members expressed some concern about control in the program, wondering how it could be determined that only Brigham City residents were participating. As finally adopted, the council said the youthful bowlers would have to sign in, listing their address.' Kosof was made responsible to see that only city residents take advantage of the program. Make Runs Andrew Scott made two runs, and the following Eagles bagged one, James, Tony Mike, Watchman, Allen Eastman, Boone and Lynn Begay. The rally started in the fourth inning with one run, and the locals bagged an additional seven runs in the sixth.
