FOR LEGAL NOTICES SUMMONS ' Civil No. 8250 In the District Court, County of State of Utah Elder, EDWARD W JENSEN. Plaintiff. High winds. Saturday morning blew over a television antenna on top of the new residence of the lvo Mills family, located at 38 North Seventh East, causing a fire with estimated damage set at $4,000 to the structure. W.res from the antenna came in contact with the high tension power lines above the house causing a short circuit in the antenna whicn shot high voltage through the wiring system in the house. Several small fires were started throughout the house which were brought under control except in the attic, where many small fires developed into larger ones. The local volunteer fire department responded to the call and worked for approximately two hours before bringing the blaze undtr control. High winds hampered the fire fighting, firemen reported. The television in the family room was burned out, and the fluorescent light above the vanity in one of the bathrooms exploded, spraying hot metal on the mirror, walls and tile surfaces. Insurance adjustors reported that most of the roof will have to be replaced, as well as a complete job of interior decoration and of the floors, in order to make the residence livable again.
