George Stokes, 2984 Adams avenue, Ogden, was cited for failure to yield the right of way when the car he was driving collided with a second auto at the intersection of First East and First South at about 1:15 p. m. According to investigating officer, Shin Williams, the Stokes car which was headed south on First East, proceeded into the intersection and was struck on the right side by a second auto driven by Dr. James Howard Rasmussen, 130 North Eighth East. Rasmussen was driving east at the time of the accident. The officer noted that Stokes had failed to acknowledge sign at the intersection which instructs motorists to yield the right of way.
