Show Iva Barker Invites Reading Circle Group Hair Stylist Delights Civic Improvement Club Ladies; Darrell Offers Beautician Scholarship BIRTHS Reading Circle ladies will meet Monday evening, Dec. 10, at 8 p. m. at the home of Mrs. Iva Henry Wilford and Joyce Mae Bronson Bissigger, Brigham Barker, 154 South Third East. Beauty aid door prizes, donated by the guest speaker, went to Mrs. Delbert Holmgren, Mrs. Mrs. Louis Breitenbeker, R. V. Reeder, Mrs. Lloyd Davis, Mrs. Orval Sackett and Mrs. Ben Knudsen. Business session which preceded the program was conducted by Mrs. Orval Sackett, president. Flag ceremony was led by Mrs. Verl Petersen with prayer by Mrs. Ken Jensen. Included: Guests introduced Mrs. Rita Wilson, Mrs. Cheryl Meldrum and Mrs. Keith Han- sen. Tickets for the Damon Rundrive were re local Eagles yon Cancer fund ceived from the Aerie. Perry School Finishes Art Month Observance Special art exhibits and projects have been taking place during the month of November at Perry school. According to Robert W. Morgan, principal, various types of media have been used by the children in preparing the exhibit. Media included: pictures with water colors, crayons, cut paper, poster paints, payons, colored chalk and clay modeling. Many individual pictures have been shown along with three large murals. As in the past the lives of great painters have been told by the teachers and paintings of the old masters shown. The exhibit was completed by Parent-Teache- r conference time and has been enjoyed all during the month.
