All children from the age of four to 14 may have a free sitting and have their picture taken with the first full color portrait camera in Utah. The camera recently purchased by the firm will record accurate color and fine detail. Anyone wishing to have pictures taken should wear carefully blended colors, and preferably bright lively colors, Mr. Pierson said. The new full color camera is the latest photographic service available. The. one in Brigham City will be the first to go into operation in Utah followed by cameras in Ogden and Salt Lake City three days later. After the picture is taken of the children during the free sitting they may look at the proof and may buy the full color por trait if they so desire. There is no obligation to buy a picture whatsoever after the proof is shown, Pierson said. The Photo Arts was establish ed in January, 1948, by C. C. Richards. The company took al! of the pictures for the yearbook at Malad during the 1949-5school year and handled the sen ior and junior classes at Box Elder high school.
