The Title 20 Office is seeking $205, 255 which will be shared by eight other groups, 1 he said. MR. Nelson further explained that since some of the county agencies involved in Title 20 are on different fiscal years, it seemed advisable to apply for the money early so these agencies can better adopt their budgets. Groups seeking funds through Title 20 are SOCIO, $3,222; United Way, $1,000 for family counseling program in Clearfield and $25,869 for an information referral service; Community Action Program, $6,032 for an emergency food program; Youth Counseling Center (Bountiful), $1,800; Legal Aid Society, $28,000; Council on Aging, $27,499 for a socialization and reassurance program; and the Health Mental County Department, $80,000.
