Clinton Man Sentenced A Clinton man charged with second degree murder in an Ogden tavern last month, has now pleaded guilty to a sex offense charge and has been sentenced to serve- l to 15 years in the Utah State - Prison. SECOND District Court Judge Calvin Gould sentenced Frank J. Reyna on the sex charge after Reyna offense pleaded guilty to a charge of forcible sodomy, a second degree felony.
