He shows the of Kaysville was recently honored as Davis County Conservation Farmer of the year at the State Association of Conservation Districts Annual meeting, held at Snowbird. DURING THE dinner meeting a Conservation Farmer plaque was awarded Mr. Flint by representatives of the Good Year Tire and Rubber Company who sponsor this award. Weber County won the district award. Mr. Flint was selected by the Davis Soil Conservation District Supervisors for his long and devoted service to conservation as well as his farming activities. MR. FLINT was accompanied at the banquet by his daughter Catherine and her husband Neil Adams. While in Japan they visited with Elder Dan Hadfield, son of Delbert Hadfield and the late Ada Hadfield of Kaysville, who is serving an LDS mission there. Mr. and Mrs. Adams returned home Friday evening. Robert Goodwin has returned from Boston, Mass, where he has been attending Alaska. Mrs. Elaine Cullimore left; Wednesday by plane to go to Seattle, Wash, where she will join her husband, Coach Jay F. Cullimore who has been at Fort Lewis, Wash, for the past two weeks on his U.S. Army Reserve Training. They ,will drive home together. Mr. and Mrs. Zena Hyde of Jake San Marcus, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Don Linford, Boise, Ida.; Mr. and Mrs. John Harvard University the past two and one-hamonths on an assignment. His family has been making their home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Miller during his stay there. After the holidays, on Dec. 29 they will all return to their home in Hawaii.
