Grandparents are all from Bountiful, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hill and Mr. and Mrs. John Oldham. include Mr. and Mrs John R. Pigby, Idaho; and Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Hill, Bur-tensha- grandparents. From Moab comes word of the arrival of a son bom June 16 to Mr. and Mrs. Scott Packer, former Kaysville residents. He weighed in at 10 lb. 2 oz. and will be named Jonathan. He is being welcomed home by one sister and three brothers, Melissa, Matt, Jeff and Nathan. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. William M. Packer, Kaysville; Mr. and Mrs. Mark Johansen, Caldwell, Idaho. DAVIS County commissioners agreed to authorize the program in Davis County and signed an agreement with CAP director Carl Chappell whereby the Crisis Intervention Funds will be made available. maximum The funding available to each family is $100, Mr. Chappell said. In order for Davis County to obtain the money, County Commissioners agreed to write a letter to Governor Scott Matheson, saying they want to participate in the program. By writing the letter to Governor Matheson, Davis County has agreed that they will administer the program in the county through the existing CAP agency.
