James, Clearfield and member of the Layton Cornposit Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol, was named Cadet of the Month for February, Cadet James was selected for her achievements outstanding during the month by tbs Cadet Advisory Board which consisted of Major Harold Hflburn, Mrs. R. G. Sandstrom, Capt A. Kramer and three members of the Davis County Jeep Posse. On March 10 the squadron started a survival course which will run for approximately five weeks. On completion of tbs course, the squadron will put the training to a test by spending a weekend in the mountains. The course is being given by Sgt. Cass Wagner of the 733 Troop Carrier Squadron.
