Separability and Validity Clause. If any section, sentence, clause, phrase, or parts of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgement shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remaining provisions of this ordinance but shall be confined in its operation to the specific section, sentence, clause, or parts of this ordinance held invalid, and shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this ordinance in any other instance. 7.
