They are visiting in Salt Lake and Farmington and will make their home in the Irvin Pearson home until they can make arrangements to build. Lt. Ben Jepson is serving in the Navy Air Force and piloted the plane that brought his family from Honolulu. Lt Jepsen was a former resident of Farming-ton- . Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Lawson and family are visiting in Salmon, Idaho, at the home of Mrs. Lawson's parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Love. Ronald Clark Word has been received by Mr. and Mrs. Carlos Clark that their son, Ronald, has been made an assistant chaplain in the U. S. army. He and his wife, Lucy Mae, live in Brooklyn and Ronald is stationed at Ft. Hamilton, New York. Their son, Arthur,1 was killed a week ago on Monday when he was caught by a propeller blade on a passenger plane at the Salt Lake Airport. Mrs. George Manning, grandmother of the young man, has gone to Califor- nia to spend a few weeks with her daughter, Elaine. Lehi Friend Nan Broadbent of Iehi visited over the week-en- d at the home of her friend, Pamela Parrish. They became friends last year at the musical festival at B. Y. U. A childrens parade was the kickoff event for the day, headed by the Sunset Fire Truck and the queen and her attendants.
