Show Utah Cancer Society Elects New Officers Or. Morrill L. Wilson, a Salt Lake was named as presi-iloof the Utah Division, American Cancer Society, Thursday at a meeting of the Divisions Board of Directors. Dr. Wilson, a Cancer specialist,' succeeds Dr. Wallace L. Chambers as head of the Cancer Society. A native of Wyoming, he attended the University of Utah, University of Wyoming and received his medical degree from the University of Colorado Medical School. IIE SERVED his internship and surgical residency at LDS Hospital and a 3'A year residency at Dr. Chambers will continue to be associated with the Cancer Society asa member of the National Board of Directors. Dr. Charles R. Smart, a Salt Lake surgeon specializing in Cancer work, was chosen as president-elect to take office next year. lie is head of the Rocky Mountain States Cooperative Tumor Registry. IIE WAS graduated from the University of Utah and received his M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine. He served his internship at Los Angeles County School of Medicine. He served his internship at Los Angeles County Cencral Hospital and his residency at the University of Pennsylvania Department of Sur- tors and chairman of its professional education committee.
