Bishop LeRoy Skidmore performed the ceremony in the presence of family members and close friends at the Tooele Thirteenth Ward Church. THE BRIDE is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Delbert H. Mitchell, 285 Millcreek Way. The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Roth, 190 South First Street. He is currently serving in the Armed Forces and has recently returned from a tour of duty in Vietnam. The bride chose a colonial styled gown with a bouffant skirt in ruffles of taffeta and chantilly lace.
