GUBLER District No. Three MR. MAX B. Me BETH District No. Two Dr. Gubler, a general surgeon is a graduate of South High School, oalt Lake City. He re- ceived his training at the University of Utah and his medical training at North- western University, Chicago, Illinois. He holds a diploma of the American Board of Surgeons and is a fellow of the American Col- lege of Surgeons. He interned at Cook County Hospital, Illinois, and completed his residency at Veterans Ad- ministration Hospitals in Salt Lake City and Grand Junction, Colorado. He served 22 months with the United States Army during the Second World War and six months with the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Dr. Gubler lives at 411 Pioneer Avenue with his wife, Alton, and three children, Lynn Ann, Janet Kay and Kelly Dean. The Gublers also have another daughter, Mrs. Minalee Woodward, of Granger. Mr. McBeth graduated from the University of Utah in 1949 with a degree in Physical Edu- cation and Health Education and a Teaching Certificate in Secondary Education He taught school one year in the Salt Lake and Granite School Districts and has continued to maintain his teaching certificate, For the past 11 years he has been employed at the Tooelf Army Depot as Office Service Manager (Adjutant) in August 1962 he received his Masters Degree in Recrea- tion and Educational Adminis- tration from the Brigham Young University after attending three years of night school. Mr. McBeth is a member of the LDS Church. He is on the National Board of Directors for Western State Boys Baseball, Chairman Bantam Basketball, and active in Boy Scouting and other youth activities. Mr. McBeth resides at 499 Brook Avenue with his wife, Anna, and their four children, Kevin, age 12; Brent, age 11: Scott, age 10 and Debra age 8. MR. WILLIAM T. GOCHIS District No. Two MR. REED W. RUSSELL District No .Three Mr. Gochis is a native of Tooele and a graduate of Tooele High School, class of 1936. He is the owner and operator of the 48 Lounge, which he established Mr. Tooele Russell, a graduate of High School, attended Brigham Young University for three years. He also helped organize both Western Boys Baseball and Babe in Tooele and Ruth Baseball has served for seven years on the District Committee for the Boy Scouts. He is also an active member of the LDS Church. Mr. Russell lives at 184 Russell Avenue with his wife and four children, Philip, age 17, Joan age 12, Ann age 8, and Bill age 22 months tral tT 69 Branch . He is an active member of the LDS Church having served as Ward Clerk Sunday School School Superintendent Sunday teacher, and in other church offices. He has also taken three teacher training courses. Mr. Williams spent two years engiin France as a civilian U.S. neer employed by the Army, and had the opportunity of observing the French, Canaschools American and dian which his children attended in Europe. He is married to the former Luana Johnson and they live at 227 North Main Street. His lengthy service record includes extensive training at Army Engineer and Chemical Schools, and service both in this country and overseas, with the emphasis upon procurement. From 1958 to November, 1960, Mr. Lynn was employed in the Materials Testing Laboratories of the Utah State Highway Department. In 1959 he prepared a report in which he recommend-ethe construction of a section of interstate highway from the vicinity of Black Rock directly west to Timpie. Mr. Lynn is a member of the American Society for Testing and Materials for the1 promotion of knowledge of engineering and the standardization of specifica- tions and the methods of test- ing. Mr. Lynn resides with his wife, Elsie, a teacher, and son, Edward, age 12, at 473 Pioneer Avenue. While pheasant populations are not quite as high as they have been during the past two years, he said, there are still excellent numbers of these brightly colored birds on hand for the hunters. THE FIVE DAY HUNT set this year for Tooele County will get underway at 8 a m. on Sat. Nov. 3 with shooting legal until 5:30 p.m. that day. Each day of the hunt thereafter hunting hours will be 7 a. in. to 5:30 p.m. Officer Garrard stressed that bag and possession limits this year remain, as in the past, at three birds daily with six in possession after the second day of shooting.
