All Howard gets state Mona Board outlines fair association award town cleanup schedule A Nephi man was one of two county fair workers in the state recently honored by the Utah Association of Fairs and Shows. William D. Howard was named by the group as one of the fair workers in the state they feel and shows in Utah. The award was presented at the groups annual meeting, held in Salt Lake City. Howard has worked at the Juab County Fair for 20 years. He has been supervisor of the has contributed most to fairs beef and swine departments, worked with the fair as a county commissioner, and has been a member of the carcass contest committee.
