Show From page six Richard Winsor will head Order of Arrow ic County the high school held in Richard Winsor, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Winsor of Nephi, was elected chief of the Nephi Chapter of the Order of the Arrow chapters fellowship tronics. He has served as senior patrol leader in his troop and is captain of his Varsity Scout team. He enjoys tennis, skiing, and wrestling. Garrett is 15 years old and is a first class Scout. He is an honor student at Juab High School and enjoys most sports, as well as motorcycling. He has served in several scout troop and Varsity Scout positions.
