They came to visit with Merrill Jones and to attend sacrament meeting in the Nephi First LDS ward where Merrill was a speaker prior to his leaving for an LDS mission in North Carolina. On Thanksgiving day, a dinner was held in his honor at the Rosepark LDS ward recreation hall, with many of the family attending. Miss Brewer is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ned Brew The students were selected from a list submitted by high school faculty members because of their high school activities and scholarship records. The Wasps roundballers will be traveling to other schools this weekend, and will meet the Delta High School Rabbits in Nephi on Friday night of next week, December 12. High School matmen will travel to Fillmore this weekend for a match against the Millard High School Eagles. According to Joseph H. Francis, Chairman of the State Soil Conservation Commission, Randys term is for three years beginning the 30th of November.
