Almost that speedily, the days, weeks and month seem to go by. The big question is, what are you going to do with your summer days ahead? Most will work all but a couple of weeks known as vacation, and then hustle madly about getting the car in shape, getting new tires to make sure there will be no tire emergencies on the trip, packing in the kids and heading for some near or distant place to relax and play. Many will be taking off for Expo 70 at Spokane some Nephi residents already have seen the sights at the big fair. And again, many folks will spend their summer leisure hours in the canyon beside a modern trailer house or camper-relax- ing in the cooler temperatures of the mountains, the only exertion permitted being to bait the hook and drop the line into the fishing stream and to eat and sleep. We suggest only one thing make the best of the months of summer ahead, and do it regardless of your plans safely. Glamour is what makes a man ask for your telephone number, and a woman to ask for the name of your dressmaker. Lilly Dache reg While East Juab County had a great deal more accidental deaths during the past weekend than we can stand, we are very fortunate that no drownings have occured. Irrigation ditches have an intriguing attraction to little tots, and the water level is so great during the springtime, that a little child hasnt much of a chance once theyre in the water. This is particularly true of the canyon stream picnic areas are near to rushing water. We do hope that parents will take a little precaution to keep their children safe from drowning. reg Mrs. REG says: Being a woman is a terribly difficult task since it consists primarily in dealing with men.
