Mr. and Mrs. Eden Ray Lowe of Springville announce the en- gagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Sarah, to David L. Tolley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Tolley of Nephi. The couple plan a June 7 wedding at Springville. A reception will be held that evening at 723 South Main in 7 Springville, and a reception will honor the couple on June 8 at the Fine Arts Center in Nephi. Miss. Lowe attended Springville High School. David graduated from Juab High School and attended Utah Technical College at Provo. He presently is employed in Nephi, where the couple plan to make their home. A reception honoring the couple will be held in Heber City that same evening. While attending BYU, Lorna, was affiliated with the SPURS. Since December, Lorna has been teaching the fourth grade at Roosevelt Elementary School in Roosevelt, Utah. Mark graduated from Juab High School in 1969, and Young University.
