Show Nephi local news Mr. and Mrs. Burl Morley and children of Garland spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Clair Collard. Visitors during the past week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Black were Keith Black of Salt Lake City and Mr. and Mrs. Neil Black of Kearns. Recent visitors at the home of Mrs. A. V. Gadd were Mr. and Mrs. ElRoy J. Christensen and Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Christensen and children of Salt Lake City. Mrs. Gadd went with them to Spring City where they visited the old homestead of Charles Crawforth, grandfather of Mrs. Gadd and Mrs. Christensen. The old home has recently been purchased by a Robert D. Carter of Provo, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dell R. Carter. He is restoring the home to its original status, and plans to use it as a summer home. Mr. and Mrs. George Crane and family of Dugway spent last Monday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Crane. Mrs. Dawn Allred and Joni of Fountain daughter Green were visitors on Monday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Don Gadd. Mrs. Betty Bailey of Salt Lake City visited on Friday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Crane and with her aunt, Marne Riches, at the Juab County Hospital. and Mrs. Floyd Garrett had as their visitors during the deer hunt, Bishop Kenneth Garrett and son David of Santa Marcus Anna, California; Mrs. Lucy Parkin was honored on her 88th birthday anniversary on Sunday. They also visited with Mr. and Mrs. Clarence H. Warner. Mrs. Rulon Bracken had her grandson, Gary Moore and one of his friends of Salt Lake City as visitors during the deer hunt. Gary is now serving in the U.S. Army. great-grandso- n, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Nyman were in Holden on Monday of this week to attend funeral services for Miss Joyce Hunter, who was killed in an automobile accident on Friday. Garrett of Nephi; Mrs. Frank Sperry of Payson; Mrs. Owen Horton of Goshen; Mrs. Genevieve Jex and Mrs. Donald Gledhill of Spanish Fork; Mrs. Ray Hyatt of Pleasant Grove and Mrs. Bud Olsen of American Fork spent Thursday in Provo where they attended a session at the Provo Temple. Following the session, they celebrated the anniversary of their mothers birthday by decorating her graveand that of other relatives at the cemetery. They then enjoyed a dinner together.
