They enjoyed several outstanding shows while there. Engagement Announced Miss Carole Jo Kilkuskie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Kilkuskie of Phillips, Texas and Terry Quinn Thomas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Pass of Nephi, will be united in marriage at the Manti LDS Temple on Friday, September 1. Miss Kilkuskie attended Texas Tech Universiay and presently is employed at the LDS Central Purchasing depart ment in Salt Lake City. Mr. Thomas is a graduate of Juab High School, served in the Marine Corps for three years, and has completed a two-yemission in the LDS Indiana-Michiga- n mission. He is employed at Electrolux in Provo. An open house will honor the couple on September 2 in the Nephi Fourth Ward Cultural Hall, from 8 to 10 p.m. Ladies Literary Club Ladies Literary Club held their third summer party, a breakfast, at the City Park on August 18. Mrs. Leo Christensen was chairman of the affair, assisted by Mrs. Frank Greenhalgh, Mrs. James H. Eagar, Mrs. W. W. Stephenson, Mrs. Anna D. Allred, Mrs Elena H. Stanley and Mrs. Alice F. Bailey.
