Farron Yazzie, age 19 of Cortez, CO, is sentenced to years in the Utah State 0-- 5 5 Prison (suspended), 15 days in San Juan County Jail, fined $925, placed on 36 months probation and ordered to pay $250 in fees after pleading guilty to felony attempted forcible sexual abuse for events on February 9, 2003. Garrick Grant, age 21, is sentenced to years in the 1-- Utah State Prison (sus- pended), 60 days in San Juan County Jail with credit for time served, placed on 36 months probation, fined $925 and ordered to pay $250 for legal services after pleading guilty to charges of felony production of marijuana with in- tent to distribute. Nathan Wade McCullough, age 27 of Cincinnati, Oil, is sentenced to 365 days in San Juan County Jail, with 335 days suspended, six months in San Juan County Jail, suspended, ordered to pay $3,755.50 in fines and $500 for legal fees. McCullough was initially charged with felony distribution of marijuana in a drug free zone for events on June 1, 2001. Before Seventh District Judge Lyle R. Anderson on June 5, 2003 Rebecca Lynn Singletary, tenced to years in the Utah State Prison (suspended), sentenced to six months in San Juan County Jail with credit for time 1-- served, placed on 36 months probation and ordered to pay $650 in restitution after pleading guilty to an additional charge of felony possession or use of methamphetamine for events on October 25, 2002. age 31 of Monticello, is sentenced to two terms of years in the Utah State Prison (suspended), after being found guilty of two counts of distributing or offering to distribute methamphetamine for events in March, 2002.
