Ray played and sang some of his Twelve own compositions. members enjoyed the program. Six regulars were confined to their homes with respiratory illnesses. January 11 was recreation day at the Center. After a short business meeting, the eight attending enjoyed table games and refreshments. On Friday, the 13th, we were lucky enough to watch a good movie Trip to Bountiful with Geraldine Page. Six people enjoyed the movie and the popcorn and candy. President Thelma Harral announced that Larry Lee will be at the Center on Wednesday, January 18 at 2 p.m. to discuss the changes in Medicare. We hope a big crowd will be there to hear him. Bring your questions. Veda Pehrson will take blood pressures that day, and every health day (third Wednesday) from now on. Pot luck will be on Wednesday, January 25. Bring your covered dish, your dishes, and your appetite, and come prepared for a good time. Lunches at the Center have been well attended in spite of bad weather.
