Edwards of Lehi, Utah are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Cindy Rae, to Jay W. Sallee, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Sallee of Monticello, Utah, on Saturday, January 14, A collection of photographs by Price native Stacey Oliveto is on exhibit in Gallery East on the College of Eastern Utah campus until the end of Jan- uary. Entitled Artifacts of Desolation, the exhibit aims to present photography as an art form. Using many subjects from Eastern Utah and other 1989.
