Paul Dutchie was given a similar stayed sentence on a burglary conviction and placed on 18 months probation with orders to pay $175 in restitution. On the Civil Docket, Judge Bunnell accepted stipulated agreements between First Security Bank, et al, defendants, and Eric Swenson, et al, plaintiffs, as to the documents First Security will produce for the appeared.
